Braver Angels is a nationwide nonprofit organization that seeks to bridge the partisan divide by teaching people skills in civil discourse. From their vision statement: “Embracing values of respect, humility, honesty, and responsible citizenship, our goal is not to change people’s views of issues, but to change their views of each other.” On Saturday, March 15 from 9:00am-noon, all are invited to a “Family and Politics Workshop“. If you yearn for closer family and friend relationships, this skills-building Braver Angels workshop is for you. It is designed for you, your family and friends to come and gain the skills and practice the work to overcome your political differences.
